GraceBridge Advocacy supports families through every step of the Katie Beckett Deeming Waiver and NOW/COMP Waiver application process, as well as the appeal process. We help you understand eligibility, gather the right documentation, making a complex system feel manageable. So much about caring for a child with disabilities or special health care needs feels overwhelming; our team walks with you from the first questions to final approval.
Not every child who needs support qualifies for an IEP — but that doesn't mean they should go without. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act provides important protections and accommodations for students with disabilities.
